How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Singformation Plumbing wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Things You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- How your call or contact with Singformation Plumbing went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a plumber we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the plumber directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Singformation Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@singformation.living and include:
- Your name and the preferred way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Send It
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
