Singformation Plumbing is a referral service for homeowners. We are not a plumbing company. We do not send our own trucks or do repairs. We connect you with independent local providers who do the work and give the quotes.
Why this site exists
A first plumbing emergency is stressful. Water is moving, the house is loud, and you do not know who to trust. Most people have never had to shop for a plumber in a hurry. We wrote this site as a hands-on guide for that moment. It explains safe first steps in plain words. Then it helps you reach a provider.
How matching works
You tell us about the problem and where you live. We point you to independent providers in our network who serve North Bay and the North Bay area. The provider confirms the details with you. They tell you if they can take the job and when they might be able to come.

What we expect from providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to be clear about pricing, to give a written quote, and to explain the work in plain language. They should also respect your home and your schedule. Each provider is responsible for holding any licenses or insurance that local rules require. Ask to see them.
What we do not do
- We do not do plumbing, drain or sewer work.
- We do not set prices or give quotes for providers.
- We do not promise arrival times. Availability varies by provider.
- We do not promise what insurance will cover. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.
Planning around a busy household
Plumbing trouble rarely lands at a good time. Plan around life. Tell the provider about school runs, shifts, naps and bedtimes. Many jobs can be staged so water stays on for most of the day. If someone in your home needs water for medical reasons, say so early. A good provider will listen and plan around it.
How we are paid
Providers in our network may pay Singformation Plumbing for referrals. You pay the provider for the work, at the price in your written quote. We do not add anything to your bill.
